Few artists put out as much music as Curren$y. Last month, Curren$y released his highly-anticipated album, The Stoned Immaculate. Merely weeks later, Curren$y released Cigarette Boats with popular producer, Harry Fraud. With the new EP still gaining traction, Curren$y is already working on more music.
Curren$y has become one of hip hop’s most-popular rappers due to his consistency. In 2010, during his time with Roc-A-Fella Records, Curren$y released three albums. While he does not have plans of releasing three albums this year, there is much more in the works. After all, 2012 is a little over halfway over.
AllHipHop.com caught up with Curren$y and the New Orleans rapper discussed his upcoming projects. Among the things Curren$y has in the works is projects with Wiz Khalifa and Big K.R.I.T., a sequel to Cigarette Boats, Pilot Talk 3, and Puff Daddy with Chuck Inglish. During his interview, Spitta explained how all of these projects would be released.
