One of the biggest breakout artists of 2012 has been Iggy Azalea. Regardless of exactly what record label she belongs to, Iggy Azalea has risen to fame under the guidance of T.I. Becoming a household name in the late winter, earlier this year, she has been working on much new music.
From the beginning, Iggy Azalea announced she was working on her debut album, which will be called The New Classic. Explaining the title, Iggy Azalea said most of the legendary emcees started with classic debut albums. Hoping for the same success these other artists enjoyed, she wanted her album to be the new classic.
Before the release of The New Classic, Iggy Azalea planned to release Glory, which was to drop in May and later June. When Iggy Azalea spoke to AllHipHop.com, she explained why her new EP has not been released yet. She also discussed collaborating with Pusha T and her relationship with Grand Hustle Records, along with much more.
