The Los Angeles hip hop scene has been on a strong resurgence. Newer rappers from the Los Angeles area have dubbed themselves the “New West.” Among the leaders of this “New West” is Dom Kennedy. With a plethora of mixtapes available and rumors of him signing with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music, Dom Kennedy is well on his way.
Dom Kennedy has been one of the most-discussed independent names for some time now. As he continues to release new music, his popularity continues to rise. Making his media rounds recently landed Dom Kennedy at Soul Assassins Radio. During this appearance, Dom Kennedy was sure to entertain.
When speaking with Soul Assassins Radio, Dom Kennedy discussed a number of topics. The primary topic was upcoming project, Yellow Album. Dom Kennedy also spoke on building his fan base with live shows. Closing the interview, Dom Kennedy gave a live performance of “Cruisin.'”
