Prodigy talks past feud with Tupac Shakur [VIDEO]

Early in Prodigy’s career, he was brought into the massive feud, which pitted the artists from the East Coast against the rappers on the West Coast. The feud was headlined by former friends, The Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur. Ironically, Tupac Shakur was born in Harlem and The Notorious B.I.G. never directly dissed Tupac Shakur.

In actuality, almost all of the rappers from the East Coast shyed away from going toe-to-toe with Tupac Shakur. The exception, however, was Mobb Deep. Both Havoc and Prodigy went at the volitale Tupac Shakur on numerous records. On his infamous track, “Hit ‘Em Up,” Tupac called out Prodigy, poking fun at his sickle cell anemia.

Unfortunately, later that same year, Tupac Shakur met his ultimate demise. Many rappers who planned to diss him, such as Jay-Z, and those who planned to make peace, Nas, never had their chance. Out of respect to Tupac Shakur and his family, the rappers who had issues with him let them die with him.

During his recent conversation with Vlad TV, however, Prodigy opened up about his past feud with the slain Shakur.
