AllHipHop.com recently caught up with 50 Cent for their “Conversations” series. In the previous installment, 50 Cent spoke about his work with DJ Drama and The Lost Tape. Many were somewhat surprised 50 Cent worked with DJ Drama. Over the years, DJ Drama has collaborated with many rappers who have battled 50 Cent.
During the second installment of “Conversations,” 50 Cent spoke on a number of topics, including his upcoming album. Focusing more on business, 50 Cent owes Interscope Records one more album and he plans to release it, with or without their support on July 3. With G-Unit Records’ status currently in the air and questions about Lloyd Banks, 50 Cent feels a time to move on is near.
While 50 Cent simply said it may be time for Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo to move on, he was not nearly as kind to Young Buck. 50 Cent said he lives by a code and one part of this code is to not bite the hand that feeds you. With Young Buck doing just this, once stating “I don’t wanna bite the hand that feeds me, but I will if that hand say he don’t need me,” 50 Cent said he was lucky he was not killed over his actions.
With or without music, 50 Cent has acknowledged he will not struggle because he has been on the Forbes list over the past ten years.
