Aside from his Twitter feud with A$AP Rocky and his Mob, Mike Dean is one of the most-respected producers in the music business. Last year, Dean was closely involved with the creation of Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne. The album was considered by many as the best hip hop release of 2011.
In the eyes of many, Jay-Z and Kanye West are among the best two rappers in all of hip hop. Fans covet their releases of new music, given how distant both emcees have been in recent years. Mike Dean recently sat down with Quiet Lunch to discuss the projects he was working on and Dean confirmed his work on Kanye West’s Cruel Summer.
Mike Dean also spoke on another project with Kanye West he is working on, the sequel to Watch the Throne.
