Last fall, J. Cole finally got his fifteen minutes of fame, which had been well over a year in the making. In the time since J. Cole released his debut album and the singles from the project, he has been rather silent. J. Cole has made a few media appearances, but is spending most of his time recording.
Alongside 2 Chainz, Meek Mill, French Montana, and relative new stars, J. Cole was added to Drake’s “Club Paradise” tour. Early this year, Drake performed on the tour alone, before re-staring the tour for the summer. With so many popular artists on the tour, it has become a bigger attraction.
The “Club Paradise” tour recently stopped in Atlanta, affording J. Cole the chance to speak with DJ Drama. During the interview, J. Cole was asked about being called out by Diggy Simmons on two tracks, his new music, Meek Mill joining his company for management, and more.
