A few days ago, Kanye West revealed the title of his upcoming album with G.O.O.D. Music would be called Cruel Summer. In the midst of Big Sean’s success, Kanye West established a joint venture deal with Def Jam for his G.O.O.D. Music. Giving his label an official home, Kanye West began his search to expand the roster and build more stars.
Big Sean is easily the biggest star built under the G.O.O.D. Music umbrella and his strong mixtape following also helped him gain fame. For the label, Big Sean was a major player last summer and he is prepared to have an even bigger impact this year. With the Cruel Summer album on the way, Big Sean is set to have a major role.
Cruel Summer is also the title of a short film Kanye West will be releasing to go along with the album. During a conversation with MTV News, Big Sean spoke on the film and revealed he would have a role in it.
