It has been three years since Raekwon returned to the game after a six-year hiatus. Raekwon has risen to become one of the most-popular rappers in the game, once again. Things have changed since Raekwon’s initial run, but his love for the music has remained the same. Raekwon, while a representative of New York City, a key factor in the resurgence, has his eyes north of the border.
Raekwon recently expanded into Toronto, signing JD Era to his label. For months, Raekwon has been traveling back and forth from New York City to Toronto. During an interview last month, Raekwon revealed he has fallen in love with Toronto. Always in Canada, Raekwon said he is preparing to move there permanently.
“The Breakfast Club” talked to Raekwon recently and he discussed his future move to Toronto, his record label, which houses JD Era, and Wu-Tang Clan. There have been rumors about Wu-Tang Clan coming close to an end. During his interview with Power 105.1, Raekwon spoke on this and much more, including new music.
