Welcome to Crack City

Television may have little to no use for hip hop, but DVDs have picked up the slack, providing uncensored hip hop content to the fans. In recent years, DVD clips have found their way to the internet. When YouTube launched, many clips from hip hop DVDs were uploaded to the internet and posted on the growing number of hip hop websites. Many hip hop DVDs have come and gone, but Crack City DVD has stood the test of time and is still generating interest.

Before Smack DVD, now Smack / URL, and before YouTube, Crack City DVD existed, one of the original hip hop DVDs. Crack City DVD was founded by Philadelphia native, Po, who also has a career as a rapper. Going back and forth between Atlanta and Queens, New York, Po began filming clips for Crack City DVD. A number of rappers have appeared on Crack City DVD and have made a name for themselves.

A decade after the launch of Crack City DVD, Po has a renewed focus on Crack City DVD. More video clips are on the way and the official website of Crack City DVD is currently being revamped. Crack City DVD, unlike other older hip hop brands, is shifting to a higher gear, while many others have folded. For those who are not familiar with the Crack City DVD brand, welcome to Crack City.
