Freddie Gibbs prepares European Tour dates

Just a year ago, Freddie Gibbs was still hoping to gain the attention of a major label. There were rumors of Corporate Thugz Ent. being interested in the Indiana rapper. But, with label head, Young Jeezy placed on ice by Def Jam, a move there did not seem wise. Regardless, Freddie Gibbs signed with CTE and hit the mixtape scene with Young Jeezy.

Throughout 2011, it seemed the mixtape scene was all Young Jeezy would have, as his album continued to face delays. Freddie Gibbs, who was also releasing several mixtape singles, seemed stuck on the scene. But, during an interview, Freddie Gibbs revealed he was still building a name for himself and wanted to wait before releasing an album.

While Freddie Gibbs has yet to release an album, he will have been on tour. Freddie Gibbs will be headlining a nine-stop tour in Europe from April 13 – 23.
