New York hip hop has received a major boost over the past year. But, before new artists were emerging, many felt JR Writer would be the next artist to lead New York. Circumstances stopped this from happening and JR Writer was noticably absent from the 2011 New York hip hop landscape. As many have been questioning where he has been, JR Writer calmly returns with his new single, “Yeah, I’m Back,” off his upcoming Still Making History.
