In recent weeks, Nas has been back in the headlines. Recently, the Queens rapper returned with his Heavy D-assisted single, “The Don.” It was nearly a year ago, when Nas delivered his first single, “Nasty.” At the time, three years had passed since Nas last released an album and a comeback was long overdue.
For various reasons, Nas’ album, which was given the title of Life Is Good, was not delivered, as promised in 2011. The delay of the album did not stop Nas from continuing to record new music. Nas still has the new album on the way, as “The Don” was the second single released from the album.
Recently, MTV News caught up with Nas, where he discussed “The Don” and the project, which is still going under the Life is Good title.
