The nightmare, which has been the death of Whitney Houston, began on February 11. As she was preparing to start the next part of her life and her career, Whitney Houston died, and a night before the Grammys, an award show she used to dominate.
One key person in Whitney Houston’s life was overlooked when the news reported of her death. The one thing Whitney Houston took pride in, above her music and her awards, was her daughter, Bobbi Kristina. It was evident Whitney Houston loved her daughter more than anything else. When she released her 2002 comeback album, Whitney Houston spoke on how she wanted a great life for her daughter in her high-profile interview with Barbara Walters.
When the news reported of her death, there were so many rumors swirling, the sympathy for a young woman who just lost her mother was overlooked. Bobbi Kristina made headlines when she was rushed to the hospital, due to the stress of learning of her mother’s death. A few hours ago, it was revealed Whitney Houston’s estate, in its entirety, will be granted to Bobbi Kristina. This includes her houses, furniture, clothing, jewelry, cars, and money, which will be placed in a trust Bobbi Kristina will not be able to fully access until the age of 30.
