Even when his name is not in the headlines, his name is in the headlines. Cash Money Records has become much more than an independent record label. Now, Cash Money Records has started to resemble their distributor, Universal. Cash Money Records is home to Lil Wayne, Bow Wow, along with a host of other artists.
Not only is Cash Money Records fresh off signing Christina Milian, they also distribute several other labels, most notably Young Money. With the success of Cash Money Records, Birdman has watched his legacy grow. When he is in interviews, Birdman discusses the number of projects he oversees.
Later today, Birdman will sit down with Sway Calloway and discuss the latest projects he has in the works on MTV’s “RapFix Live.”
