Before he suffered from his first seizure, Rick Ross was discussing his upcoming album, God Forgives, I Don’t, and the years which led up to this album. Many were surprised Erick Sermon featured Rick Ross on his new song. Fans who did not accept Rick Ross had to respect him, at that point. Rick Ross revealed he has known Erick Sermon for well over ten years.
By October 14, everyone had forgotten about Rick Ross’ history with Erick Sermon, as they were more worried about his health. After scaring his fans and the other members of his airplane flight, Rick Ross revealed he was doing better. Ross said the seizures came from him not getting the amount of sleep he should.
As hip hop is settling from Rick Ross’ episodes, DJ Scratch announced Erick Sermon has had a heart attack. However, the EPMD producer revealed he was in the hospital and doing better, but still asked for prayers. The fall of 2011 has been rough for hip hop, as the loss of Heavy D is still in the headlines.
