Rotem explained how his relationship with Nicki Minaj formed, initially. Rotem admitted he was a fan, just like everyone else. One day, he reached out to Nicki Minaj and they began talking. Out of the gate, Rotem got her on a Jason Derulo track.br /br /Explaining how he produced the track, J.R. Rotem said he laid the instrumental in a way that would display her vocals. He had her record the hook and left the verses blank.
