Cam’ron signed to Roc-A-Fella Records, in 2001, bringing his entire Diplomat Records roster with him. While Cam’ron did not know Jay-Z well, Cam maintained a strong friendship with his partner, Damon Dash.br /br /Things at Roc-A-Fella Records began to get a little shaky. Jay-Z was hardly at the offices. Damon Dash wanted to make Cam’ron the head of the Roc.
