Aside from being honored by VH1 and an appearance on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Dupri has been under the radar. However, all of this will soon change.br /br /The past few years have been rough on Dupri. When Jay-Z left his post at Def Jam, there were rumors of J.D. taking over. These rumors quickly ended when Def Jam fired him, completely, after failing to develop talent.br /br /Jermaine Dupri was forced to return to Virgin Records and has been simply sitting there. But, with Da Brat, an original So So Def artist, back he is planning. Recently, Dupri announced Da Brat would release a new album.br /br /Aside from Da Brat, Jermaine Dupri has filled So So Def with a new roster of talent.
