Released on the heels of his debut came emWord of Mouf/em. Nate Dogg heard of Ludacris and had become a fan. When he was approached to work with the Atlanta rapper, he quickly /br /The result of their collaboration was Ludacris’ 2001 summer smash, “Area Codes.” The song featured Nate Dogg and it helped mold Ludacris into a true rap star. Ludacris avoided the one hit wonder title, in part, due to Nate Dogg’s help. Following the collaboration, Ludacris and Nate Dogg became /br /Ludacris vowed to work with Nate Dogg on his projects when he became one of rap’s biggest names. As he is preparing new music, Ludacris wanted to reunite with Nate Dogg to recreate magic. Because of what happened earlier today, this will never happen. Ludacris released a statement to the public, regarding the death of his friend.
