Despite not signing with Cash Money, Rick Ross still has the support of the team. Following his solo success, Rick Ross began developing talent on his Maybach Music label. After a few high-profile signings, Cash Money Records became interested in signing the label.
In the end, Rick Ross decided he wanted to work directly with the major labels. Because of this, Ross ended up establishing a long-term deal with Warner Bros. Records. With the deal in place, Ross put his team to work. In two months, Maybach Music will release Self Made.
After announcing his new music, Rick Ross said Drake would be featured on the album. He said the Maybach Music movement will be the biggest movement since the Ruff Ryders. Drake recently confirmed Rick Ross’ statement. The Toronto rapper believes the movement will be big and he is doing all he can to help it grow. Drake will be featured on the Self Made album.
