Earlier this week, Lupe Fiasco expressed his own frustrations with the album, but he still thought the critics would love it. Lupe was wrong on many levels and he has responded.
Despite the negative reviews, Lupe Fiasco praised his fans for forcing Atlantic Records to give him a solid release date. He went on to state he never thought Lasers would inspire such a major wave of negativity and he was crushed because of it. Still, Lupe Fiasco is encouraging fans to support the album and purchase copies next week.
