Following an altercation at an Atlanta club, Gucci Mane had violated his probation. There was a slim possibility of the rapper heading back to prison. He was saved when he claimed a mental issue.br /br /In an effort to avoid going to jail, many stories said Gucci Mane had been sent to a mental institution. Earlier this week, the rapper was released from wherever he had been.
